It is a spring break, which means that Daniella is off from school and instead she is with me in the kitchen 🙂 I truly believe that all this process of cooking together brought some kind of better understanding for Daniella as far is why it is so much better and healthier to eat homemade food, and that some of the fancy looking dishes are actually very simple and easy to make.
So yes, I know it is just spring still, and here I am teasing you with a recipe for a summer salad 🙂 but honestly this salad can be eaten all year round!

Summer Radish Salad
A rich and savory, gluten free apetizer, perfect for Keto, Paleo and other healthy lifestyles.
- Radish – 3 cups chopped small
- Eggs – 5 boiled and chopped small
- Dill – 1/4 cup chopped
- Sour Cream – 5 tablespoon
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
In a medium size bowl, mix all the ingredients and cool down for about 30 minutes prior to serving
