- Set Instant Pot to “Saute” and add Avocado Oil, once heated add chopped onion and saute until golden
- Add beef and spices and cook it continuously mixing so the meat doesn’t clump together.
- Add chicken broth, close the lid and the vent, and set the instant pot to “Chili” for 30 minutes.
- Once the timer is up, vent and open the lid. Serve with shredded Napa Cabbage, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese or any toppings you like.
