So I have been craving something sweet since the weekend, and because I’ve started the Keto diet few weeks ago and sugar is NOT your friend on this type of diet, I thought that I will just have to continue dreaming about something sweet 😦

My husband who is doing the Keto diet with me, suggested that we can try to make Keto friendly brownies without the regular sugar and substitute it  with sweetener. Those brownies are beyond amazing and exceeded all my expectations. I recommend those  guilt free brownies to everybody!

Keto Brownies

A quick and easy, gluten free desert, perfect for Keto, Paleo and other healthy lifestyles.



  1. Add the Coconut oil, sweetener, cocoa powder and salt to a medium size glass bowl and melt for 30 seconds in a microwave or until all the oil is melted and whisk it together into a cream. Allow the mixture to cool down for few minutes, and than add one egg at a time and use the hand mixer to mix it very well. Next add the flour and mix with the hand mixer for another 2 minutes.
  2. Cover small baking tray with parchment paper, and pour all the mixture into the tray.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350º F and bake for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt (it just make it so much better with the sweet-salty flavor) and let it completely to cool down.
  4. Cut the brownies to 16 portions and enjoy it 🙂
