DirectionsMix the dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Melt the coconut oil and add it to the bowl. Mix all together very well and add the almond milk, eggs, and vanilla.
Heat the 8″ Cast Iron Skillet very well and add 2 table spoons of coconut oil. Pour the Pancake mix to the skillet and bake in preheated oven on 425º F for 12-15 minutes.
