So this time I decided to introduce you to my delicious Gluten Free and Keto friendly Dutch Pancakes than can really be served as well breakfast, dinner or snack if you want to.

Those pancakes are so fluffy and moist, yet with a crunchy crust, that you just want more and more; but what is the best part about them is how filling they are. You can have amazing meal with barely any carbs and that is Paleo and Keto friendly.

Dutch Pancakes

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Melt the coconut oil and add it to the bowl. Mix all together very well and add the almond milk, eggs, and vanilla.

Heat the 8″ Cast Iron Skillet very well and add 2 table spoons of coconut oil. Pour the Pancake mix to the skillet and bake in preheated oven on 425º F for 12-15 minutes.
