DirectionsHeat up cast iron pan, and add 2 table spoons Avocado Oil . Set chicken thighs in a pan, and then start setting Artichoke hearts in between the tights. Put 1 table spoon of Marinara sauce on each chicken thigh and cover with the cheese on top.
Set oven on 350 º F for 30 minutes. Check out the internal temperature to be 165º F to know it is ready. Enjoy
