I am sure everyone would agree that when we think about comfort food, first thing that comes to mind is Chicken Parmesan. But what to pair it with to make a healthy meal?

So who doesn’t like Artichoke, if you are not sure because you never tried it, I suggest for you to try this awesome recipe where the combination of Chicken Parmesan and artichoke delivers that unique flavor to the chicken, and you keep wanting more and more 🙂

The other thing I like about this dish, is that it only requires very few ingredients and about 10 minutes of preparation. With another 30 minutes of baking you get a fancy looking and tasting dish that people will think you spent the whole day making it 🙂

Artichoke Chicken Parmesan

A quick and easy, Italian-inspired, gluten free recipe, perfect for Keto, and other healthy lifestyles.



Heat up cast iron pan, and add 2 table spoons Avocado Oil . Set chicken thighs in a pan, and then start setting Artichoke hearts in between the tights. Put 1 table spoon of Marinara sauce on each chicken thigh and cover with the cheese on top.

Set oven on 350 º F for 30 minutes. Check out the internal temperature to be 165º F to know it is ready. Enjoy
