Hello everybody!

I again decided to make easy and delicious recipe. I assume everybody likes Grilled Chicken Thighs, especially if they are flavored with the right spices and grilled to perfection. What if I told you you can do it in 10 minutes inside the Instant Pot 😉

You can always add some kind of side dish to that or just go with a simple and fresh veggie salad on the side. My daughter loves it with yellow rice, and for me and my husband we substitute with cauliflower rice for Keto version.

Even my picky eater – Daniella told me that they turn awesome, and she really enjoyed eating them in school! She even asked if I have more left to pack for tomorrow’s lunch… 🙂

Grilled Chicken Thighs

Remove all the skin from the thighs (I save those to chicken skin chicharrones) and season it with salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Garam Masala .

Heat the pan on high and add the Avocado Oil and sear the top side. Set the Instant Pot to “saute” and add a cup of chicken broth.

Set 5 chicken thighs on a wire rack inside the Instant Pot , cover and set to “pressure cook” for 10 minutes. When ready, take out and put the remaining 5 thighs, cover and set to “pressure cook” for another 10 minutes.
