So I have been asked by some of you for some more ideas for Salads, Dips and other quick and easy to make dishes for those days where you still want to eat delicious and healthy food, and of course gluten free and keto friendly, but don’t want to spend to much time in the kitchen 🙂

I have been making this Tuna Salad for years, and anytime we are going to friends house for get together or some holiday, I am always being asked to make this salad! So it must be GOOD, right? 🙂

Tuna Salad

  • Servings: 5

A quick and easy, gluten free recipe, perfect for Keto, and other healthy lifestyles.


  • Tuna Fish – 2 cans
  • Eggs – 5 medium size, boiled and shredded
  • Chives – 1/2 cup chopped
  • Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – 1/2 tea spoon
  • Garlic Powder – 1/2 tea spoon


Mix up all the ingredients in large bowl, and add more salt if needed. refrigerate for an hour, and enjoy it with gluten free chips or fresh vegetables. Yes it’s that easy.
