So while Daniella was at her Jiu Jitsu class, me and Roman were talking about what we are craving to eat…and since we both decided to go back on keto about a week ago (both doing and feeling great on this awesome WOE = way of eating ) so we knew that the choice must be keto friendly 🙂
So we kinda narrowed than to 2 choices – pizza or sushi, and decided to go with pizza 🙂 No worries sushi lovers – sushi is coming soon 🙂
The pizza turned to be a amazing and very filling, after only one slice for each we felt so full and satisfied, and even our cat Sunny decided to come and investigate what smelled so good, I think he confused Keto Pizza with Kitty Pizza.

- Mix all the dry ingredients, add the eggs and mix it very well with your hands. In the bowl mix 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and cream cheese and microwave it for 30 seconds.
- Add to your dough and mix it all together to create stretchy dough, and then form it into a ball and place it on parchment paper. Cover it with another parchment paper and roll it out into crust of a size of a medium pizza (8 slices).
- Preheat oven to 350º F and bake the crust for 15 minutes.
- Remove the cooked crust out of the oven and than spread the marinara sauce, cheese and cover with all the toppings, and bake it for another 10 minutes. Slice into 8 wedges enjoys.
