My husband asked for something spicy this time, so i decided to try to make a new recipe with spicy chicken and balance the spiciness with traditional Israeli salad- can it get any better than that!?

OK … lets start cooking 🙂

Ingredients :

Chicken:

  1. Chicken breast – 2 lb cut in 1″ cubes

Marinade:

1.1 Coconut milk – 8 table spoon

1.2  Chili sauce – 1/2 cup

1.3 Tamari Sauce – 4 table spoons

1.4 avocado oil – 1 table spoon

Dry Rub:

1.1 Salt – 1 table spoon

1.2 Garam Masala – 1 tea  spoon

1.3 Ginger – 1/2 tea spoon

1.4 Garlic Powder – 1 tea spoon

1.5 Onion powder– 1 tea spoon

1.6 Chili Powder – 1 tea spoon

Israeli Salad:

Ingredients:

  1. Tomato – 2 cups chopped to 1/4 inch cubes. Scoop out the seeds and dispose
  2. Cucumber – 2 cups chopped to 1/4 inch cubes
  3. Onion – 1/4 cup chopped to 1/4 inch cubes
  4. Lemon – juice from 1/2 lemon
  5. Cilantro – 1/3 cup chopped
  6. Salt – 1/2 tea spoon
  7. olive oil – 2 table spoon

Direction :

Chicken:

  1. Mix chicken with dry rub
  2. Mix in marinade
  3. Cover and chill – 2 hours
  4. Fry in cast iron pan flipping consistently until ready (cut few pieces to make sure are white inside.

Israeli Salad:

Mix all the ingredients very well, and serve fresh!
